Memorial & Remembrance Ceremonies

Memorial Ceremonies

Memorial Ceremonies can be held after the funeral – either the same day or at some time later. They may be more suitable if there are large numbers of people attending so that people have time to gather and share memories in a place which is more conducive and not governed by a time slot.

Remembrance Ceremonies

If a person has died (especially in tragic circumstances) but no funeral can be held, it can help to have a gathering of people who wish to remember and mark the passing of their family member or friend; perhaps on their birthday or another special date.
